Volvo Overall Rider Award
A brand new Volvo C30 will be awarded to a male or female with the best overall performance over the course of the weekend. Best performance will be determined by the following points system:
Riders MUST take part in all three events to qualify for the award.
Rider with the MOST points wins.
Points will be awards to the riders based on the final competition ranking and to winners of the highest air and best trick awards, according to the following points distribution:
1st place = 50
2nd place = 40
3rd place = 30
4th place = 20
5th place = 10
Best Trick = 10
Highest Air = 10
Harley-Davidson - The Inspired Ride Award at the Burton Abominable Snow Jam
The Awards Committee, comprised of the ASJ Competition Director, a pro rider, a member of the media and a representative of Harley-Davidson, will be on the hunt for rides that best represent the core attributes of Harley-Davidson: inspiration, style and that hungry, liberated attitude inherent to a nothing-to-lose approach to life. Harley-Davidson is committed to making sure that the winners will be able to keep riding and living free, by providing both the male and female Inspired Ride Award winners with brand new 2007 Harley-Davidson XL 1200N Nightster motorcycles.
The Harley-Davidson Nightster was developed specifically as an honest, hard-working motorcycle devoid of everything but the absolute necessities for a good ride. Just as ASJ riders are scrappy, resourceful and chock full of passion and talent, so is the Nightster and the attitudes that guided its creation.
The Harley-Davidson Inspired Ride Award recognizes superior ability through unique and energetic riding that progresses the sport of snowboarding during the complete ASJ competition, and is not based on a certain place or result in any of the three events; Pipe, Quarter-Pipe or Slope Style. As such, the winners will be selected from those that have competed in all events of the ASJ and have shown the award committee the combination of the following: original tricks and combinations, creativity in blending unique riding, and a singular style that is dynamic and vibrant.

The male and female winners of the Highest Air in the Quarterpipe competition will each be awarded a brand new 2008 Polaris 600 RMK 155" snowmobile.
